
Ashmore and Brown lead the Cougars at USATF

RICHMOND, VA. – Nine College of Charleston men's cross country athletes ran Saturday at the USATF Championships in Richmond, Va.
Going up against the nation's best, Ben Ashmore led the two eligible freshmen Cougars in the U20 8k with a time of 27:06 and finished 25th overall. Close behind was Rob DiMedio (27:51.3).
In the Open 10k, Roger Brown led the other seven Charleston athletes with a time of 34:22.6. Other Cougars who competed were Tucker Green (34:57.7), Kyle Nitsche (35:10.6), Hammer Blair (35:48.3), Andrew Fielding (35.59.0), Joshua Keifer (36:14.0) and Dylan McTigue (37.07.7).
