A second-place in the B-Division by Andrea Savage and Erin Markee led the College of Charleston women's sailing team to fifth at the Navy Fall Women's Intersectional held Oct. 11-12 in Annapolis, Md. Yale won the event with 83 points. Charleston finished with 114.
Allie Blecher and Christina Murray sailed the A-Division to 35 points and fifth-place for the Cougars. Savage and Markee finished the B-Division with 24 points after winning three of the five races, while Core Hall was 13th in the C-Division with 55 points.
Charleston next competes at the Yale Women's Invite in New Hanover, Conn.
