Cougars Conclude Fall Season at Kennedy Cup

ANNAPOLIS, Md. --- The College of Charleston offshore sailing team turned in a consistent performance and battled through the regatta en route to an eighth-place finish at the Kennedy Cup on Saturday and Sunday in Annapolis, Md.
The Cougars finished the regatta with 50 points from seven races including a pair of top-five performances. Sophomore Connor Marion drove for CofC with senior Skye Erhardt at main, juniors Megan Fetterley and Julianna Corso at primary, sophomore Braden Johnson at secondary, junior Kate Schmiege at pit, sophomore Sean Groskoph at squirrel, sophomore Evan Chenard at mast and junior Caroline Williams at bow.
Charleston will return to the water on Saturday, January 8 and Sunday, January 9 at the Rose Bowl in Long Beach, Calif.
