
Two Finish Seventh in ICSA Singlehanded Nationals

TAMPA, FLA. – Benjamin Dufour and Isabella Mendoza Cabezas both placed seventh in their respective regattas as College of Charleston competed in both the ICSA Open and Women's Singlehanded Nationals this weekend.
In the women's regatta, Mendoza Cabezas totaled 87 points for seventh, five points shy of third. In the open regatta, Dufour totaled 96 points for seventh, while Will Rucker garnered ninth with 131 points and Eliott Raison finished in 17th with 179 points.
The regattas closed out a strong fall for the sailing team, who took first place in 12 total regattas.
