Vitkovic and McCarthy Earn ECAC Major Awards

CHARLESTON, S.C. – After winning the ECAC Single Discipline Championship, College of Charleston equestrian earned a plethora of awards, headlined by head coach Natasha Vitkovic being named ECAC Single Discipline Coach of the Year and senior Kathryn McCarthy earning Flat Rider of the Year.
"I'm humbled and honored to be the recipient of this award," said Vitkovic. "I cannot have earned the ECAC Single Discipline Coach of the Year award without the assistance of my supporting staff who have endlessly and tirelessly stood by side, and for that I'm extremely grateful. This is their award just as much as it's mine."
McCarthy was also tabbed All-Conference in Flat and All-Tournament Team in Flat and Fences. Senior Hailey Pendl also collected awards in all three categories while sophomore Camilla Murray took home All-Conference in Flat and All-Tournament Team in Fences.
Tinos was named Best Tournament Horse to round out the awards for the Cougars.
