CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston head men's basketball coach Chris Mack has announced the signing of 2025 All-CAA First Team selection Colby Duggan to the Cougars' 2025-2026 roster.

Duggan comes to Charleston from Campbell, where he led the CAA in scoring with 19.9 ppg in league play. The 6-7, 220 lbs forward turned in eight 20-point games against CAA opponents and scored double figures in all 18 conference games. The rising junior shot 46% FG 33% 3FG, and 76% FT in CAA play.

"We are thrilled to be adding one of the best players in our league from a year ago in Colby Duggan. Having coached against Colby we know firsthand how hard he plays every possession," said Mack. "He competes on both ends of the court at all times. He's a warrior. He's a winner."

Overall, Duggan averaged 15.7 ppg and 3.3 rpg last season. He scored a career-high 33 points at Delaware, dropped 32 at North Carolina, and sank the game winning overtime jumper to complete an 18-point comeback at Hofstra. He reached double figures 25 times.

"Defensively, Colby doesn't back down. He guards well in the post and on the perimeter. Offensively, he led the conference in scoring and is just scratching the surface of what he can be as a mismatch."

Prior to Campbell, Duggan was a two-time, first-team All-NEPSAC Class A honoree at Phillips Academy and competed with New England 6. He comes to the Holy City with two years of eligibility remaining.
