Equestrian Picked Second in NCEA Preseason Poll

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston NCEA team was picked second in the NCEA single discipline rankings to start the 2026-27 season.

The Cougars are coming off a runner-up finish at the 2026 NCEA National Championship, the program's second straight appearance in the national championship. Samantha Aisenberg scored an 82.7 in the fences to take a point for the Cougars. Kenda Murray (85.7) and Lainie Rubin (81.7) grabbed points in the flat for the Cougars at the competition.

Charleston will start the 2026-27 NCEA season on September 26 at Sacred Heart.
