Dwayne Grace, Class of '87 (Basketball)
Dwayne Grace played for legendary head coach John Kresse from 1984-86 and amassed 846 career points averaging 10.4 points per game during his career. In 1985-86, the NAIA Honorable Mention All-American and eventual Kresse assistant coach, a George Mason transfer, helped lead the Cougars to repeat as district champions. A native of Charlotte, N.C., Grace's No. 55 honored jersey hangs from the rafters at TD Arena and he still holds the school single-season record for field-goal percentage shooting 63.6 percent from the field (138-of-217) over 33 games played in 1984-85.
