Sam Hare, Class of '81 (Basketball)

Sam Hare played on legendary head coach John Kresse's first two CofC men's basketball teams, which posted a 42-16 record from 1979-81. He averaged 14.8 points per game in 1981 and also led the Cougars in rebounds and field-goal percentage. Hare was a two-time NAIA All-District 6 Team selection in 1980 and 1981.
