Hours of Operation:
- Main Ticket Office: Monday-Friday | 10AM to 4PM
- Men’s & Women’s Soccer: 1 hour prior to kick off
- Men’s Basketball: 1 ½ hours prior to tip-off
- Women’s Basketball: 1 hour prior to tip-off
- Baseball: 1 hour prior to first pitch
- Softball: 1 hour prior to first pitch
Men’s Basketball & Baseball Seating:
All seating is reserved and designated with a section, row, and seat number on the ticket. Fans must remain in their designated seat numbers.
Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Women’s Basketball, & Softball Seating:
All seating is general admission seating. General admission seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Handicap Seating:
Handicap accessible seating is available at various locations throughout TD Arena and Patriots Point. On the seating charts, they are labeled handicap reserve. At TD Arena they are in our box seating along the concourse. Handicap seating is available to the patron with the disability and one guest. Handicap accessible seating is sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
At what age does a child need a ticket?
If a child is 3 and under and will not take up a seat they do not need a ticket.
