Biography
Prior to CofC
- Graduated from Freeport High School.
- During her Junior equitation career, she qualified for multiple finals and attended most. Including New England Championships, National Horse Show finals, ASPCA Maclay Regionals, Massachusetts Horsemen's Council Finals, Massachusetts Hunter Jumper Finals, and Rhode Island Junior Equitation Finals.
- She has qualified and competed at IEA Zone Finals as well as National Finals.
- As an amateur rider she has moved up in her jumper career as well as continuing in the equitation divisions.
- Was a part of the Varsity Lacrosse school and travel team, and the basketball team.
- Was class secretary for 3 years.
- Was given the most improved Freshmen year for basketball and lacrosse.
Personal
- Daughter of Christine and Robert Lane
- Majoring in Exercise Science in hopes of becoming a physical therapist
- Chose CofC because of the college’s location and campus as well as the equestrian team.
- In her free time she used to volunteer at Preble St, a local shelter, and lacrosse camps for elementary and middle school players.
- She enjoys running, hiking, and being outdoors.
- Her biggest influence is her mom and trainer as they are the two that helped her get to where she is now in her riding career.
