Jack Kemp

  • Title
    Graduate Assistant
Jack Kemp enters his first season as a Graduate Assistant with the College of Charleston men’s basketball program in 2025-26. In his role with the Cougars, he assists with day-to-day operations, player development, practice preparation, and film breakdown.

Before joining the College of Charleston, Kemp spent three seasons coaching at Dublin Jerome High School (OH). He served as Head Freshman Coach (2022–23), Head Junior Varsity Coach (2023–24), and Varsity Assistant (2024–25). Across those three years, Kemp was actively involved in all aspects of the program, including opponent scouting, game-planning, and both individual and group player development. His efforts contributed to the 2022–23 varsity team’s success, which included a perfect 10–0 conference record, a 21–5 overall mark, and a district runner-up finish in the state tournament.

A Dublin, Ohio native, Kemp also spent four years as a player in the Jerome program, earning two varsity letters under head coach Richie Beard. His experiences as both a player and coach at his alma mater shaped his passion for service and commitment to positively impacting players and programs at the college level.
