Junior (2014): Competed in four meets over the course of the season for the Cougars ... Logged a 13th overall finish at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a 5k time of 17:00.06, finishing eighth among his teammates ... Twice achieved the seventh-best time against his fellow Cougars, once at the Furman Classic (27:42.26; 72nd overall) and again at the College of Charleston Invitational (27:10.2; 30th overall) ... Appeared in two meets during the outdoor t&f season, competing in the outdoor mile and 5000m run ... Achieved a personal best in the 5000m at the Shamrock Invitational with a time of 16:26.33

Sophomore (2013): Continued to improve throughout his sophomore campaign, posting numerous good marks and helping usher the CofC cross country program into the Colonial Athletic Association…Looked sharp at the Mountaineer Invitational, where he posted a time of 28:11.06…Posted a third place team finish at the CAA Championships with a time of 28:28.54.

Freshman (2012): In his first season in the maroon and white, Couch started strong, claiming eighth place at the home-hosted CofC Invitational with an 8K time of 28:15…Continued to improve notching a third place team finish at the highly-competitive Winthrop Invitational….Finished 19^th overall at the Will Wilson Invitational with an 8K time of 27:32.04 at Laurel Hill Plantation.
