2020-21: (Stroke Average: 73.33, Low Round=73)
- Tied for 14th at the Sea Best Invitational.
2019-20: (Stroke Average: 71.17, Low Round=65)
- Claimed his first collegiate tournament win shooting 9-under par at the Puerto Rico Classic with rounds of 71, 65 and 71 in a field of 10 Top 100-ranked golfers.
- For the fifth time of his career, earned CAA Men's Golfer of the Week nod on Feb. 19, 2020.
- Tied for 4th with a final-round 67 with six birdies at the Kiawah Classic at Turtle Point.
- Finished in a three-way tie for 10th (+3) in a field comprised of SEC and Big Ten Conference opponents with rounds of 74, 71 and 74 at the Crooked Stick Invitational.
- Shot a second-round 70 at the Trinity Forest Invitational.
- Became only the fourth men's golfer in program history to be named to the Division I PING All-Region Team next to Bruce McDonald (2003), Zach Munroe (2014) and William Rainey (2016 and 2017).
2018-19: (Stroke Average: 72.10, Low Round=65)
- Honored on the All-CAA First Team for the first time of his career and CAA All-Tournament Team.
- Placed 3rd (-6) with three under-par rounds at the CSU East Bay Deli Classic.
- Tied for 5th at the CAA Men's Golf Championship with a final-round 70 and earned a spot on the CAA All-Tournament Team.
- Tied for 7th (-7) shooting a career-low final-round 65 with seven birdies at the Trinity Forest Invitational.
- Tied for 7th (+5) at the ECU Intercollegiate with a final-round 71.
- Tied for 8th (-4) in the 74-player field at The Hootie at Bulls Bay Intercollegiate with rounds of 72, 68 and 72.
- Tied for 10th shooting 2-over par at The Invitational at The Ocean Course.
- Tied for 10th (-2) and was the team's top finisher at The Schenkel Invitational with a 4-under 68 in the first round.
- Tied for 18th (+3) with rounds of 73, 70 and 73 competing as an individual at the NCAA Athens Regional.
- Named CAA Men's Golfer of the Week on March 20, 2019.
2017-18: (Stroke Average: 72.90, Low Round=66)
- Tied for 2nd at the Loyola Maryland Intercollegiate with a career-low 66, 67 and 67 to finish a career-best 16-under par in the 106-player tournament field.
- Tied for 13th at the 2018 CAA Men's Golf Championship.
- Placed 14th (-5) and was the Cougars' top finisher at The Stitch Intercollegiate Classic with rounds of 68, 73 and 70.
- Tied for 18th (-1) at The Battle at Stono Ferry firing a career-low 69 in the second round.
- Started the season at the Bearcat Invitational and shot a final-round 70.
- Carded a second-round 68 at The Schenkel Invitational.
2016-17: (Stroke Average: 74.21, Low Round=70)
- Finished 3rd overall (-3) at the East Bay Deli Classic with rounds of 71, 72 and 70.
- Tied for 14th (+4) at the Bearcat Invitaitonal with a second-round 70.
- Tied for 19th (E) in his collegiate debut and first career start at The Invitational at The Ocean Course.
Prior to CofC:
- Graduated from Andrew Jackson High School in Kershaw, S.C.
- Lettered in golf and basketball.
- Ranked as the No. 6 golfer in the state of South Carolina.
- Ranked as the No. 175 overall prospect in the country by Junior Golf Scoreboard.
- Three-time all-state selection with a 70.0 stroke average during his senior year.
- Led the Volunteers to four regional championship titles.
- Three-time region IV 2A champion.
- Tabbed 2016 Lancaster County Athlete of the Year.
- Named 2014-15 Athlete of the Year at Andrew Jackson High School.
- Five-time Player of the Week selection by the Kershaw News Era.
- Averaged 12.7 points and 6.0 rebounds per game in basketball.
- Graduated with a 3.7 grade-point average.

- Son of Will Sowell and Mandy Williams.
- Born on April 26, 1998 in Kershaw, S.C.
- Has two brothers, Landry Williams and Mason Sowell.
- Graduated in Spring 2020 with a bachelor's degree in sociology and a minor in coaching from the College of Charleston.
- Currently working towards his master's of education degree in teaching, learning and advocacy.
- Also recruited by NC State, Coastal Carolina and USC Lancaster.
- Qualified for the 2014 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship with a summer stroke average of 71.8.
- Enjoys playing Xbox, skateboarding and playing the guitar.
