Crewed and skippered for the varsity sailing team for three years.
Placed second at the 2011 High School Sailing National Championships.
Southern California Youth Yacht Racing Association Team (29er) from 2010-12.
US Sailing Olympic Youth Development Team (29er) from 2010-12.
2013 San Diego Yacht Club Jessop Girls Day Trophy recipient as Outstanding Female Sailor of the Year.
Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal

Daughter of Ed and Tamra Henken.
Undecided major at College of Charleston.
Member of the Top American FX Team with US Sailing teammate Helena Scutt.
Competed in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and reached the medal race in the 49er FX Women's class (10th).
Became first woman Olympian (all sports) in school history.
Finished third winning a bronze medal at the 2015 Pan American Games.

2014 US Sailing Olympic Development Team (49er FX).
Enjoys skiing, snowboarding and surfing in her spare time.
