Rachel Warrens is a recent graduate from George Mason University where she earned her bachelor's degree in sport management and a minor in coaching (2023) and earned her master's degree in sport and recreation studies with a concentration in sport management (2024). Warrens helped lead George Mason to the program's first ever Atlantic 10 Championship in 2023. She was named to the All-Rookie Team and All-Conference Team in the spring of 2021. Warrens has spent the last year with the University of Tennessee as a season ticket retention representative, managing $4.4M in renewals and $113k in new sales across all ticketed sports. Warrens also worked for George Mason Athletics as a field house supervisor, growing her background in operations and management.
