Originally from Seattle, Washington, Sara Steckman moved to Charleston in 2010 and earned her BS in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from the College of Charleston in 2018.
She then earned her MS in Kinesiology with dual concentrations in Corrective Exercise & Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Sports Conditioning while working as a graduate assistant at the College of Charleston, working primarily with softball, tennis, and sailing.
She spent three seasons working with the baseball team at Charleston Southern University before returning back to the College of Charleston in 2023. Sara now works with the baseball and equestrian teams at her alma mater.
