Tori Medlin joined the College of Charleston in 2022 as the Director of Sports Nutrition.
Prior to joining the Cougars, Medlin served as a clinical dietitian at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children in Honolulu, HI; providing coverage for all inpatient eating disorders, all inpatient adults, and the outpatient Sports & Orthopedic Hospital.
Medlin started her career in 2018 at North Carolina State as a Graduate Assistant working with Olympic sports, including basketball, baseball, tennis, women's soccer, cross country, track & field, volleyball, softball, gymnastics, and golf.
She received her undergraduate degree in nutrition science from North Carolina State in 2017. She went on to earn her graduate degree in dietetics from Meredith College in 2020 and completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University in 2021.
Medlin, a Wilmington, North Carolina native, is a registered dietitian through the Commission of Dietetic Registration.
