College of Charleston Basketball Practice Begins on Friday

The College of Charleston men's and women's basketball teams begin preparation for the 2008-09 season with their first team practices at the F. Mitchell Johnson Center's John Kresse Arena on Friday.
The women's team, under the direction of coach Nancy Wilson, begins practice at 5:00 p.m. Bobby Cremin's men's squad starts at 7:00 p.m.
Both workouts are open to the media and public.
The women's team opens the season at Charleston Southern on Monday, Nov. 17 at 5:30 p.m. The men's team plays host to SIU-Edwardsville at the school's new Carolina First Arena on Friday, Nov. 14 at 7:00 p.m. as part of the Charleston Classic.
