
CofC Sailing Places Eighth at Harry Anderson Trophy Regatta

The College of Charleston sailing team finished eighth after totaling a 220 at the Harry Anderson Trophy Regatta held Sept. 12-13 in New Haven, Conn. Yale won the event with a 103, while Vermont placed second with a 122.
Zeke Horowitz and Erin Markee sailed the A-Division to ninth with a 122, while Steven Barbano and Katie Weaver led the B-Division to fourth with a 98.
Charleston won two races and finished in the top 10 in eight others.
The Cougars are back in action Sept. 19-20 when then travel to Knoxville, Tenn., for North Points #2, to Hanover, N.H. for the Mrs. Hurst Trophy and Boston, Mass., for the Hatch Brown Intersectional.
