Tonia Gerty (Port Orange, Fla.) leads the Cougars so far this season with 12.8 points per game. Deidre Ramer (Franklin, Tenn.) has 33 boards in just five games and is averaging a team-leading 6.6 rebounds. Charleston is averaging 47 points and 42.8 rebounds per game.
Kansas State is 4-0 and is embarking on its first road trip of the year. The Wildcats have wins over Grambling State, #14 St. John's, Indiana State and Western Illinois. They are led by Brittany Chambers with 17.3 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. Jalena Childs follows with 13.0 points per game.
