CLEMSON, S.C. – Despite inclement weather conditions Saturday at the Bob Pollock Invitational the College of Charleston women's track & field team was represented by four student-athletes, who competed well at the meet at Clemson.
The Cougars got a pair of fourth-place finishes from freshman Roshani Glover in the triple jump and sophomore Tiffany Sisk in the shot put. Glover jumped 11.90 meters and Sisk recorded a throw of 13.47 meters.

Freshman Kornelia Kostka won her section and finished ninth overall in the 1,500-meter run in a time of 4:54.58.
“I thought we made a lot of progress and improvement today,” CofC head coach Amy Seago said. “We are improving in our preparation and race strategy and things are coming together for several of our student-athletes.”
The Cougars will have another chance to achieve qualifying marks for the NCAA East Preliminary and gain more experience next weekend as they travel to NC State for the Wolfpack Last Chance meet on Friday May 10.
