Anderson, Women’s Track and Field Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Recognition

Charleston, S.C. - The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its honorees for the 2026 NCAA Division I All-Academic teams and individuals on Monday, July 20. The College of Charleston women's track & field team earned a spot on the list, as well as Tori-Ann Anderson, who received individual recognition.
The USTFCCCA All-Academic teams and individuals are awarded to the teams and athletes that excelled not only in track and field, but that also exhibited strengths in the classroom. In spring 2026, the Cougars finished with a 3.52 combined GPA, placing them in the top 100 teams nationally, and fourth in the CAA.
Tori-Ann Anderson joins the list of individuals that garnered All-Academic honors. She is one of 13 CAA student-athletes selected to the esteemed list. Anderson had a stand-out freshman season, highlighted by her qualifying to compete at the NCAA East Regional - the only Cougar to qualify in the 2026 season. The high jumper tallied the second-best mark in program history in her rookie season.
