College of Charleston women's soccer heads to the Colonial Athletic Association with new aspirations for success.
The Cougars finished seventh in the 2012 regular season, but advanced to the semifinals of the conference tournament. Just a year earlier, CofC advanced to the finals of the conference tournament before falling in heart-breaking fashion.
The 2013 season schedule features eight home contests and three participants in last season's NCAA Tournament. Teams from the SEC, Big 10 and BIG EAST will all face off against CofC this season.
The regular season opens on Aug. 16 against Charleston Southern, while CAA play commences on Sept. 27 at home vs. Northeastern.
