Cougars Set To Open 2018-19 Season At SAISA Women's Open

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston sailing team is set to begin the 2018-19 season at the SAISA Women's Open in St. Petersburg, Fla. on Saturday and Sunday, September 8 and 9, after finishing second at the ICSA Women's National Championship in May to help the Cougars secure the program's second consecutive Fowle Trophy.
Alie Toppa (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) returns for her junior season to skipper A-Division alongside senior crew Annabel Carrington (White Stone, Va.) and Elizabeth Mignon (Bay Head, N.J.). Liza Toppa (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) will skipper B-Division with senior crew Caroline Bracken (Bridgewater, Mass.).
