Men's Golf Concludes Fall Season at Daniel Island

DANIEL ISLAND, S.C. - The College of Charleston men's golf team will wrap up the fall season at the Daniel Island Intercollegiate hosted by Charleston Southern Oct. 30 - Nov. 1. CofC tees off at the Daniel Island Club on Sunday morning, playing 18 holes each day.

Nevill Ruiter will make his season debut at Daniel Island after missing the first two tournaments. The reigning CAA Rookie of the Year will join Kieron van Wyk, Max Dupree, Time Bertenbrieter and Kyle Bachkosky in the Cougars' lineup.

CofC has earned a conference Player of the Week honor for each of its first two tournaments, with Dupree taking home the honor after the OTC Collegiate Individual and van Wyk after his medalist performance at the Bank of Tennesee Intercollegiate. van Wyk, a sophomore from South Arfica, currently ranks 15 in the country in the Golfstat Individual Rankings.
