Futrell Signs von Finckenstein

CHARLESTON, S.C. - College of Charleston head women's golf coach Jamie Futrell has announced the signing of Emilie von Finckenstein.
von Finckenstein is a member of German Girls National Golf Team and is currently ranked fifth in German Junior Golf Federation rankings. She was a member of German team for 2022 European Girls Team Championship and was crowned the Individual Champion at the 2020 European Young Masters.
"Emilie is a very accomplished player. She will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our program," said Futrell. "Her experience on the German National Team is invaluable as she transitions to the collegiate game. She is also the consummate student-athlete, being a great student to go along with her talent as a golfer."
