Andrews Awarded CAA Rookie of the Week

RICHMOND, VA.—College of Charleston freshman Alexis Andrews has been selected for CAA Rookie of the Week after two double figure games for the Cougars against Stony Brook (17) and Elon (10).
Andrews is the second Cougar to be recognized by the CAA for a weekly award after fellow freshman Jazmyn Stone was awarded Player of the Week on December 5.
Andrews is ranked tenth in the CAA in steals (1.8) per game.
Andrews has scored at least 10 points in three of her last four games and the second time she has done it in back-to-back games this season.
