CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston beach volleyball made it five-straight wins behind a 4-0 weekend taking down both Berry and Eastern Kentucky by 4-1 scores Sunday from the Creekside Tennis & Swim Club.

How It Happened

Charleston jumped out to 4-0 leads in both matches to complete a 4-0 weekend on home sand.
Kyra Thompson and Gabi Bailey swept through the top court for a second-straight day while Ella Reames and Maria Zweig swept both matches on court two.
Kora Hansen and Emma Falk swept in the morning then took a three-set win on court three while Sofie Vogel and Tynley Smeltzer followed suit.

Charleston made it five-straight wins with the 4-0 weekend to move to 8-5 overall and 2-2 in the Sun Belt.
Charleston improved to 3-0 all-time against Eastern Kentucky with all three matches coming on home sand.
Sunday's wins gave the Cougars their first perfect weekend of the season and moved to 13-1 at home over the last two seasons.
