
Charleston Set for Open Team Race Semifinals

KINGS POINT, N.Y. – College of Charleston heads to Kings Point for the Open Team Race national semifinals beginning Tuesday morning, pursuing an eighth national title in program history and fifth since 2013.
The Cougars will be led by a rotation of Noah Zittrer, Brandon Geller, Benjamin Dufour, Noelle Owen, Lucy Klempen, Anna Sherry, Garrett Grenauer and Aiden Iaconis.
Charleston has enjoyed another strong spring campaign placing second in the SAISA Open and claiming victories four times total. The Cougars enter competition ranked 13th in the nation and second in the SAISA just behind Tulane.
Eighteen teams will compete for the 2023 Western Semifinals alongside Charleston including seven other nationally-ranked foes – Bowdoin, Connecticut College, Dartmouth, Georgetown, Harvard, Stanford, US Coast Guard.
