NEWARK, Del. - The College of Charleston men's basketball team travels to Delaware to face the Blue Hens on Thursday, February 22. Action is set for 7:00 p.m. at the Bob Carpenter Center.

STORYLINES

Charleston earned its 20th win of the season on Monday night with a 65-57 victory over William & Mary. It marks the 31st all-time 20-win season at Charleston, 21st at the Division I level, the seventh of Pat Kelsey's head coaching career, and his second in Charleston.
Frankie Policelli and Reyne Smith led the Cougars on Monday night with 15 points each, followed by Kobe Rodgers with 12. Ante Brzovic grabbed a team-high 12 rebounds.
Charleston's 65 points were the lowest scored in a win this season for the Cougars. The win moved Charleston up a full game up in sole possession of first place in the CAA with four regular season games remaining.
Charleston holds the 16-8 all-time series advantage, having won four of the last five meetings. The Cougars are 7-4 all-time in Newark.
Kelsey's squad ranks eighth in the nation in bench points per game (31.96), 14th in rebounds per game (40.52), third in three-point attempts per game (31.4), and 11th in threes made per game (10.3). CJ Fulton leads the country in assist/turnover ratio (4.50). So far this season, he has dished out 108 assists with just 24 turnovers.
Six Cougars currently average at least 8.0 points per game led by Brzovic with 12.6, Ben Burnham with 12.1, and Smith with 11.9.

SCOUTING THE BLUE HENS

Delaware is currently in a three-way tie for fourth in the league standings with Hofstra and Towson. The top four teams receive a double bye at the upcoming CAA tournament.
Jyare Davis leads the Blue Hens with 17.9 points per game followed by Gerald Drumgoole Jr. with 13.9. Christian Ray paces Delaware on the boards, grabbing 9.0 rebounds per game.
