
Sailing Wins at St. Mary's

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston sailing team won the St. Mary's Women's Inter-conference on March 16-17 in Maryland.
The Cougars won with a 132 total. Grace Squires, Chloe Hudgins, Marina Dryer, Emma Tallman, Clara Murphy and Rowan Schanley secured the win for Charleston.
Charleston also competed at the Graham Hall Team Race in Annapolis, taking seventh place. The Cougars won against Navy, Tufts, Old Dominion, Cornell, Hobart & William Smith, Fordham, George Washington and NY Maritime. Benjamin Dufour, Axel Stordahl, Noah Zittrer and Brandon Geller served as skippers with crew members Noelle Owen, Andrea Melnik and Lucy Klempen.
