Fowlkes Named CAA Rookie of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. – College of Charleston redshirt freshman Caroline Fowlkes has been named CAA Rookie of the Week after scoring two goals to help the Cougars wrap up a 2-0 week to start the season. It is the first CAA Rookie of the Week honor of Fowlkes' career.
Fowlkes scored twice in Charleston's season-opening 7-0 rout of in-state foe South Carolina State on Thursday. The Texan forward notched the game's first tally in the 33rd minute and added another in the 74th to help Charleston start a 2-0-0 weekend to begin 2024.
The Cougars return to action on Thursday, August 22 at 6:00 p.m. to host High Point at Patriots Point.
