CONWAY, S.C.- The College of Charleston men's tennis team competed in their weekend at Coastal Carolina.
 
Jake Sweeney won two singles matches at the top of the lineup in his first weekend as a Cougar. Juan Diego Rojas and Matias Gaedechens went undefeated in doubles play while Mattia Bernardi teaming with Eddie Vo found wins as a pair as well.

"It was a great weekend together competing as a team for the first time," says head coach Jay Bruner. "This team is at the beginning of an exciting season, we have plenty to work on for the fall, but the purposeful attitude of these guys is awesome to be around."
 
The Cougars will return to action on October 10-13 to compete in the ITA Regionals in Cary, N.C.
