Men's Golf Concludes Fall Season at The Bryson

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The College of Charleston men's golf team earned a top ten (-4) finish at The Bryson at the Daniel Island Club on Wednesday. The stacked field featured ten Power 4 programs and three nationally ranked teams. Charleston's T10 finished tied them with TCU in the final standings.

Miles Eubanks led Charleston with a T12 finish, playing the opening and final rounds under par. The junior sank an eagle on hole 14 in the final round and led the field in par 3 scoring over the three rounds (2.75, -3).

The Cougars top team round came on day two with all five players finishing at or below the course par 72. Marno Lange (-5) led Charleston during the round, sinking four consecutive birdies and six overall on Tuesday. Johan Bredenkamp (-2) and Loran Appel (-2) joined Lange turning in cards under par.

The Bryson marked the collegiate debut for Michael Gavin. Gavin finished the tournament with 14 total birdies, the most of any Cougar and seventh most of any competitor in the field.  Gavin matched Lange's Tuesday performance, sinking four straight birdies in Wednesday's round of play.

The tournament marks the conclusion of the fall portion of the Cougars' 2025-26 schedule. The team will return to action on February 2 to host the Battle at Briars Creek at The Golf Club at Briars Creek.
