Cougars Sweep ECAC Riders of The Week

DANBURY, Conn. – The ECAC has announced its Equestrian Riders of the Week, recognizing Charleston's Maddi Cardelli for fences and Caroline Berg for flat in the Single Discipline category.
Cardelli delivered a stand out performance, as the only competitor to execute a handy round with two chosen inside tracks. Berg rode the re-ride draw in the final position on the flat. Both athletes ended with overall high scores, as Cardelli posted high scores over fences with an 87 and Berg ending with a flat phase of 87.
The College of Charleston's Equestrian team will return March 1 to compete in the IHSA Regionals.
