GREENSBORO, N.C. - The College of Charleston men's basketball team will look to bounce back at North Carolina A&T on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.

STORYLINES

The Cougars are coming off an 86-66 loss at UNCW on Thursday. AJ Smith led Charleston with 14 points followed by Ante Brzovic with 13, Deywilk Tavarez with 12, and Derrin Boyd with ten.
Charleston has not suffered back-to-back losses so far this season. Thursday marked just the second time this season the Cougars opponent did not shoot over 50% in a loss.
Brzovic, the current CAA Player of the Week, ranks fourth in the nation in total made field goals (190), 15th in defensive rebounds per game (6.85), and 22nd in total points (487). He is the only player in the CAA to rank in the top ten in the league in points per game, rebounds per game, and assists per game.
Fulton leads the nation in assist/turnover ratio and is 11th in total assists (158) and assists per game (6.3). Tavarez joins the seniors in the rankings, sitting at 17th in three-point percentage (43.7).

LAST TIME VS. THE AGGIES

Charleston narrowly defeated the Aggies 66-63 just a week ago at TD Arena. After leading 46-37 with 14 minutes to play, A&T came within four at 60-56 with four minutes to play. Charleston did not score a field goal in the final four minutes of play allowing the Aggie cut to lead to one. Two clutch Fulton free throws helped seal the victory.
Brzovic had a game-high 24 points and nine rebounds while Justas Stonkus contributed 12 points followed by Boyd with nine. Elijah Jones grabbed eight rebounds while Fulton dished out nine assists.
Jahnathan Lamothe led A&T with 15 points followed by Jalal McKie iwth 14 and Camian Shell with 12. Lamothe and Nikolaos Chitikoudis each grabbed nine rebounds.
