Cougars Win SAISA North Spring Tournament

WILMINGTON, N.C. – College of Charleston sailing kicked off its spring slate with a first-place finish at the SAISA North Spring Tournament on Saturday.
The quartet of Charlie McKenzie, Andrea Melnik, Harrison Thomson and Grace Beard earned 27 points, 11 points fewer than second-place NC State. Charleston's boats recorded 15 and 12 points, respectively.
The Cougars return to action Feb. 22-23 for the SAISA Top 18 Invite in Jacksonville, Fla.
