Women's Golf Concludes Fall Season at Edisto

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The College of Charleston women's golf team will conclude the fall portion of the 2026-27 season by hosting the Edisto Island Invitational October 19-20 at the Plantation Course.

The Cougars are joined in the field by The Citadel, Western Michigan, West Georgia, Presbyterian, Bradley, Charleston Southern, Elon, Tennesee Tech, High Point, Stetson, Georgia State, Radford, and Western Carolina.

Charleston is coming off a eighth place finish at the Illini Women's Invitational at Medinah. Charleston's final round 281 marked its lowest team round of the tournament as the Cougars climbed the leaderboard to finish ahead of five Power 4 programs. Molly Hardwick fired a 6-under, 66 in the final round. Hardwick's round is tied for the second-best round in program history. The graduate student posted seven birdies during Tuesday's final round.

The Cougars will be looking for a four-peat at the Plantation Course, having won the last three Edisto Island Invitationals. Hardwick secured the individual win last season for her first collegiate title.

Charleston will play the opening day with High Point and Georgia State with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start.
