Hardwick Named CAA Women's Golfer of the Week

RICHMOND, Va. - College of Charleston senior Molly Hardwick has been named the CAA Golfer of the Week after her performance at the Mason Rudolph Invitational.
Hardwick opened the Mason Rudolph Invitational with an even-par 71 before firing a 1-under 70 in the second round for the top Cougar card of the weekend. The senior recorded six birdies in the second round, including a stretch of four birdies on the back nine, to enter Sunday's final round in the top ten. Hardwick totaled 11 birdies in her return to her hometown before finishing tied for 11th in a loaded field that featured nine Power Four conference teams.
Hardwick earned her fifth career CAA Golfer of the Week honor, including her third in the calendar year.
The Cougars will return to action when the program hosts the Tot Hill Farm Invitational on September 28-29, in Asheboro, N.C.
