Biography
2014 Sand Volleyball: Zbojniewicz teamed with Sloane White in the Cougars’ number three flight in 2014 … the pair was CofC’s most successful duo, posting a combined record of 13-5 … they won the gold tournament of third pairs in the Fiesta on Siesta … as a team they helped CofC to dual wins over LSU, ULM, Oregon, UAB and South Carolina.
2013: Played in 30 matches as the team's libero ... ranked fifth in the CAA in digs (3.56/set) ... set a new career high with 28 digs against JMU (10/20) ... earned CofC Classic All-Tournament honors ... reached double digits in 23 of 30 matches this season.
2013 Sand Volleyball: Coupled with Darcy Dorton to be the Cougars' most successful pairing in the second flight ... posted a 7-2 record.
2012: Played in 35 matches in 2012 ... finished third on team with 252 digs (1.91/set) as defensive specialist ... reached season high in digs (13) four times ... tallied 23 digs in three matches in the SoCon Tournament.
2012 Sand Volleyball: Competed with the Cougars in the inaugural AVCA National Championship, finishing fourth ... paired with Kerstin Koehler in the three spot all season, posting a dual record of 7-3.
2011: Played in all 133 sets in her freshman campaign at defensive specialist ... finished second on the team in digs with 296 (2.23/set) ... posted 27 service aces, good for second on the team ... notched a season-best 21 digs at Georgia State (9/3) ... landed season-best four service aces in two different matches, versus Appalachian State (11/20) and at Davidson (10/29).
High School: Three-year starter at Mira Costa High School...2010 AVCA/Under Armour High School All-America Honorable Mention...selected to the 2010 Durango Fall Classic All-Tournament team...named All-League in 2008, 2009 and 2010...led Sunshine Volleyball club team to gold medal in 2010 17-Open Division Socal Qualifier...put together a successful beach volleyball career, earning two gold medals at 2009 SCVA Beach Tournament and 2008 AAU Palisades Open.
Personal: Currently majoring in pre-business administration, pre-hospitality and tourism.
