2012: Indoor: Set career best in the mile in 5:06.15 to place ninth at the Southern Conference Championship...Outdoor: Won the Southern Conference Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:48.26, the second fastest time in school history...Ran the seventh fastest time in school history in the 400-meter hurdles in 1:03.92 at Southern Conference Championship in prelim and finished fifth-place in the final in 1:04.10.

2010-2011: Indoor: Competed at the Southern Conference Indoor Championship as she ran the 800-meter run in 2:19.34...Set a season best in the 3k at the New Balance Invitational in New York with a time of 10:25.91...Outdoor: Set school record en route to winning Southern Conference Outdoor Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:42.85.

2010: Cross Country-Had best race of the season at the Southern Conference Championships (10/30) finishing 11th in 18:31.22...Earned All Conference Second Team Honors...Finished 10th at Citadel Invitational in a time of 19:47.36...Competed in NCAA Southeast Regional.

2008-09 Indoor: Ran a time of 5:19.36 in the mile at the Carolina Invitational (2/13) to place 11th...Set a personal record in the mile at the SoCon Championships (3/1) with an eighth-place time of 5:15.33...Part of the distance medley relay that placed fourth at the conference championships and set a school record with a time of 12:26.85...Named to the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team.

James River High School: Member of Cross Country and Track teams from 2004-2008...Captain from 2005-2008...Team earned district and regional championships in 2004-2005 season and 2nd in state for cross country...Selected to All-State cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams all four year...Named Runner of the Year by the Richmond Times Dispath in 2006...Member of National Honor Society and President of Interact Club.

Personal: Daughter of Barb and Randy Wolfe...outside of athletics she has had jobs as a waitress and babysitter.
