Furman placed first in the 5K women's run and the 8K men's event.
Individually, Furman Kevin Crosby finsished first with a time of 26:19. South Carolina's Jenny Lake won the women's race with a time of 18:55.
There were over 800 entries in the event. There were seven Division I schools, 10 Division II teams and nearly 25 high schools represented.
