
Cougars Head To SAISA Men's Singlehanded Saturday

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston sailing team has but one regatta on its schedule this weekend, as an accomplished Cougar trio heads to St. Petersburg, Fla. for the SAISA men's singlehanded.
Senior Stefano Peschiera (Lima, Peru), junior Gerald Williams (Sai Kung, Hong Kong, China), and freshman Benn Smith (Bermuda) will represent the Cougars, as all three look to qualify for ICSA Singlehanded Nationals on November 4 and 5 in St. Petersburg, Fla. Peschiera and Williams finished first and third, respectively, at the SAISA Men's Singlehanded in 2016.
