
Charleston to Set Sail at SAISA Championships this Weekend

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston sailing team will compete for a pair of conference championships this weekend in Jacksonville, Fla., as the Cougars set sail in the SAISA Fall Women's Championship on Saturday and the SAISA Fall Coed Championship on Sunday.
Junior Alie Toppa (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) will skipper A-Division with senior crew of Annabel Carrington (White Stone, Va.) at the SAISA Women's, with junior skipper Liza Toppa (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) and senior crew Caroline Bracken (Bridgewater, Mass.) sailing in B-Division.
At the SAISA Fall Coed, sophomore skipper Jack Brown (Newtown Square, Pa.) will lead the line for the Cougars in A-Division alongside Liza Toppa. Alie Toppa and Bracken will sail in B-Division.
