Busy Weekend Awaits Cougar Sailors

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston sailing team will travel to a pair of regattas this weekend including the Larchmont Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta on Saturday and Sunday in Larchmont, N.Y. where the Cougars will field two teams. Charleston's women's team will sail in the Jen Harris Women's Showcase Finals on Saturday and Sunday in Annapolis, Md.
Jordan Wiggins will helm the J105 buoy race for the Cougars at the Larchmont with main trim William Comerford, headsail trim Sam Tobio, pit Maggie Wilcox, mast Cade Morris and bow Key Becker. Helm Skye Ehrhart, navigator/trimmer Burke Anvari, headsail trimmer Graham Post and bow Caroline Williams will represent the Cougars in a 25-mile race aboard a Figaro 2.
Alie Toppa will skipper A-Division at the two-day Jen Harris with crew Hannah Kinder. Junior skipper Marian Williams and sophomore crew Natasha Scott Morton will sail for the Cougars in B-Division.
