CHARLESTON, S.C. – College of Charleston Women's Basketball is set to face off against South Carolina State on Tuesday, Nov. 19 with tip-off scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET in Orangeburg S.C.

CofC held off NC Central's late push to earn its third consecutive win by a score of 85-78 on Nov. 15 at TD Arena. The Cougars were led by sophomores Tyler Collins and Arynn Eady, who both had career games. Collins recorded a career-high 24 points with a career-high five made threes, while also dishing out four assists in 40 minutes played. Eady logged a career-high in points (22) and rebounds (15), recording her first double-double of the season. Sophomore Latrice Perkins also logged her third double-double of the season as she poured in 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.

The Bulldogs finished the 2018-19 season with an overall record of 16-16 and an 8-8 record in MEAC play. They come into the game with a 1-3 overall record, riding a two-game losing streak. In its most recent matchup, SC State fell to UNCW by a score of 84-46 in Wilmington, N.C. Head coach Audra Smith is in the midst of her second season at the helm of the program. The team is led by Taylor Brown and Heniaya Moten. Brown is flirting with a double-double average on the season, with 17 points per game and 9.3 rebounds per game. Moten is second on the team in terms of scoring, averaging 13 points per game.
