Tip is set for 6:35 p.m. at TD Arena live on the Charleston Sports Network, with the Cougars honoring their senior class consisting of Darien Huff, Bri Sullivan and managers Rikki Bethea and Hope Miller prior to tip.
QUOTABLE – Head Coach Candice M. Jackson
On the matchup vs. UNCW
"It's been so long since we've played UNCW, we're basically starting over from the first game of the season and now we're playing them two months later… We're a different team, much more cohesive, UNCW have been steady all season so it's going to be a tough matchup… I think with it being senior night, emotions running high from our seniors and the rest of the team wanting to play for the seniors, giving them the best they can in their last home game, I think it'll be a really good game for us."
On the senior class of Darien Huff and Bri Sullivan
"It's bittersweet because I'm so proud of them and the way they've grown and matured as young women and as players, but at the same time you get them ready for the next step… Darien [Huff] has meant so much to this program on the court, so proud of her reaching 1,000 points last week and everything that's she's accomplished… Bri [Sullivan] has always been steady, she gives everything that she has and she's been very good for us in terms of the culture in the locker room, things like that… So it's going to be very difficult to replace the leadership that those two bring."
