QUICK FACTS
HOW IT HAPPENED
HEAD COACH ROBIN HARMONY
"That was an unbelievable start to our conference schedule. We played a very good team. They are smart and is fundamental. Our kids just had the heart and effort that we were looking for. Obviously, we play our non-conference games to prepare for a game like this. I hope this sets the tone for us on Sunday. We just have to keep it up and people are going to know that we're not the team that you can just come in here and get a W that easy from us. We have to make sure that we defend the den and we sure did today."
WHAT'S NEXT
The Cougars return to action on Sunday, Jan. 5 as they take on Delaware in the second CAA game of the season. Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. at TD Arena.
