Two Regattas on the Slate for Cougars This Weekend

CHARLESTON, S.C. --- The College of Charleston sailing team will set sail in two regattas this weekend hosted by The Citadel: North Points #3 on Saturday, September 25 and SAISA Women's Open on Sunday, September 26.
Freshman Charlie McKenzie will skipper A-Division for the Cougars A team at North Points #3 on Saturday with fellow freshman Leah Cody crewing. Freshman skipper Fredrikke Foss and sophomore crew Chloe Hudgins will sail in B-Division. For Cougar B, freshmen Ethan Homberger and Nina Lubchenco will skipper and crew, respectively, in A-Division with Grace Beard skippering B-Division alongside crew Sophia Browne.
Foss and Hudgins will sail in A-Division for the Cougars' A team in Sunday's SAISA Women's Open with Cody and sophomore Rowan Schanley racing in B-Division. Beard and Browne are slated to sail in A-Division for Cougar B while Lubchenco is expected to skipper B-Division with Julia Jeffries crewing.
